What exterior and engine mods have people done? Would love to see pics.

The only mods I have done is add a high flow panel filter and change to a GFB DV+ Diverter valve.
Makes a nice subtle (but not too subtle) noise when you let of the gas under acceleration. Its not as loud as a full blow off valve, but much better than stock. Some say it improved their throttle response, I couldn't tell much of a difference.
For the exterior a coat of ceramic and some nice dark tinting. I'm quite please with the stock design.

Most of the mods I have done are to the engine. DV+, Dinantronics sport, K&N Cold Air Intake and Megan Racing exhaust.
can you post a video of your exhaust?
