Hard acceleration clicking noise?

Hi,

I recently starting hearing a clicking sound right after a decease in speed. While on idle, I popped the hood and to quick revved up to 4-5 rpm and started hearing the clicking noise while the rpm was deceasing near the blow off valve. Next, I revved slowly up to 4-5 rpm and didn't hear the noise at all... Does anyone else have the same problem?
