I had my 2019 QX30 for less than 2 weeks when I took it in for a MINOR issue. The clocks would not stay set and the Audio had to be turned on every morning. They have had it for 7 weeks now...7 WEEKS! Apparently there is no record of this problem in the database so they are throwing things at the wall until something sticks. I'm not sure how long I should just continue to wait. Anyone have any suggestions for what I should do?

Which audio system do you have? (No) Bose? (No) Navi?

What DTCs does the dealer say are set?

When the dealer runs self-diagnostics through CONSULT does it find no fault?

No Bose or Navi. I dont know what DTC's are and I have no idea on that. Yes, they ran the diagnostics and said it didn't throw any error codes. The Techs at the dealership are working with the Infinity Tech Line which is done entirely via email...

So the brand new, replacement vehicle has the exact same issue... Be warned! This has got to be a wide spreading problem with the 19's. This vehicle came from another state.

Hurray! Finally they have the fix. Will be getting it fixed next week. Hope that's the only issue because I absolutely love the car.
