Blind Spot Warning Inoperative

Does anyone get this message?

It comes on at startup when the temp is cold. Near or around freezing. Have to shut the car off and restart to clear it, sometimes several times. Any suggestions, as I'm taking this in for service in a few days.

Do you have any snow/ice covering your car nearby any sensors?

If you go into the settings of the entertainment system, there is a section where you can do high, medium, or low.
