Its really frustrating since my QX30 is brand new! Has anyone experienced this? Do anyone know if there are separate fuses for each outlet? The front one is working as it should.

Yes, all three power sockets are fed by their own fuse.

Fuse 70 - Rear Power Socket
Fuse 71 - Luggage Room Power Socket
Fuse 72 - Console Power Socket

All three are 25A fuses.

Check fuse 70.
