Can SIRI be activated by the car? In my Jeep, if I hold down the talk button on the steering wheel for 3 seconds, SIRI will be activated. I tried this in the QX and it only activates the car’s voice commands.

Not via the car in stock form, no.

I have an Apple Watch and I'll use that to summon Siri. Just raise my wrist and speak directly into the watch and Siri automatically takes over.
