2017 qx30 idle issue

Hello, new on here. Filters and spark plugs has been changed, but my car still having problem with idling. When I press the Gas, the accerlation becomes slow and goes and you csn hear the car trying to force it self to ilde. No codes. Brought to infinity and they can't seen to know what the problem is. Help?
