Default Time to replace spark plugs

I have hit the magical 46,500 spark plug replacement mileage. I have looked all over but cannot find a cross reference from the infiniti part number to the MB/NGK part number NGK SILZKFR8E7S Iridium Spark Plug.

Anyone replaced their plugs and is this the correct plug?

Yes, that is the correct plug to use, now.

The original service manual called for SILZKFR8C7S, which was superseded by SILZKFR8D7S, which was superseded by SILZKFR8E7S.

Technically, any of those three part numbers would be fine, although the "E" part number is the most recent, AFAIK.

2018 Infiniti QX30 Premium AWD - Majestic White
2019 Volvo XC60 T6 AWD Inscription - Onyx Black Metallic
2018 Honda Gold Wing Tour - Pearl White

That is correct. I replaced mine two months ago with those.
