Default What Other Cars are you Considering?

We're still a way from the Q30/QX30. What else are you considering in the meantime?

I'm really into the Mazda 3 hatch right now, its shape is downright sexy, in fact I think Infinti stole more than a little bit from mazda when designing the Q30 concept. I also really like the new A3 sedan, however the Mazda is one of the best bangs for your buck.

Mazda3 is a great alternative, I've also been thinking about the Audi Q3. Also the Lincoln MKC.

Mazda 3's are nice but it's not luxurious, i would rather look for something just like this vehicle from Infiniti, just from another luxury car maker.

Lexus NX is curious as it brings edgy styling to a bland-ish segment, just worry about the longevity of that design...

I heard about it, seen pictures of the concept and styling is still taking some time for me to adjust to.

Lexus went from THIS

to this

I think there is hope that Q30/QX30 won't be butchered too badly when they transition to production...

I have more faith in Infiniti that they will churn out something that looks better, not to say the RX is ugly but IMO it could be better.

no you completely missed the point. Its not about how the Lexus looks in comparison to the Infiniti, its about Lexus being able to retain much of the concept car in the production. If companies are being that adventurous with their designs I think its fair to assume Infiniti can and should be able to stay true to the integrity of the concept Q30...

Infiniti's lineup isn't as radical as Lexus as far as design though. They could change that, but if history is a teacher...
